As a top realtor with Rand Realty since 2015, Mary's professional training, community knowledge, endless resources, combined with her eagerness to be an advocate for every client, has earned her several awards for top sales and service achievement.

With a passion for the region, Mary’s desire is to find the right lifestyle for her clients. Her devotion is built on a commitment to excellence, and, as she notes, "wanting others to share in the privilege of living in our beautiful Hudson Valley."

Mary has lived in several metro New York counties, but since settling in Rockland County 20 years ago, she has developed a great love for the area. Prior to her career in real estate, Mary spent over two decades in marketing and PR, representing retail and residential property management companies. Other positions held were in the corporate, agency and nonprofit worlds, before going solo to form her own marketing firm.

Born with a green thumb, Mary's interest in growing food steered her to pursue a Master Gardener certification with Rockland’s Cornell Cooperative Extension, where she was instrumental in developing several community gardens in the County.  Mary currently serves on the boards of the Piermont Civic Association, the Rockland Farm Alliance, and the Village of Piermont's Community Garden.
